Hi,

I am attempting to create a sandbox to test the new "Operations features in JSM separately from out live JSM/OpsGenie installation.  

The sandbox is created successfully, but the operations features aren't there (i.e. Opsgenie is a separate entity) and there is no options in the site's product's settings/operations screens.   

Is there a way to get access in the sandbox while the conversion tools are being developed?  If I missed this watching the AMA, I apologize.

Hello,

Did you get a response? I have the same need. We want to test Operations features in JSM on the sandbox but it doesn't seem to be available.

Operations features in JSM are well present in production times.
