Creating Customer-facing Dashboard for viewing request

I'm trying to create a dashboard to allow customers to view their submitted requests to various service management projects filtered by project. The filters are all permissioned to be viewed by anyone in the organization, but they don't populate when customers view the dashboard. I've looked at organization level permissions but I don't see anything apparent to allow for viewing.

I'd suggest making sure they have the Browse Project permission. They won't be able to view issues without it.
