Hello,
I am building a dashboard for my team and i want to see the overview of the created and solved tickets for the last 30 days. The created and resolved gadget was added to the Dashboard but i can see also the forecast for the future how many tickets will be solved/ created. Could you please advise how to switch off this forecast?
Thank you
Regards,
Iryna

Hi @Iryna Dumych , I am not sure exactly what your expectations are but that gadget does have a trend line that can be included. Maybe you have enabled but you are expecting something different?
Thank you, Jack, for the information, but is it possible to see only the data for the last 30/90 days, not the forecast for the future:

Can you share the screenshot of the gadget configuration screen please?

it makes no sense that you are seeing date to be on today. I would be interested in seeing what data is feeding that chart. If you click on the dots on the line beyond today and select view in navigator what is displayed?

Somehow it seems that some issues were created in the future. Someone possibly messing with the time....or a bug. I am interested in this data point...
