Create tickets by email for specific domains only

Hi, 

currently our customers can create tickets by email. Now we would like to train our customers to submit a ticket over the customer portal to choose the correct request types. 

We want to turn off the function for our main customers. I have wondered if there is a whitelist function that specific domains can create tickets further by email. 

But I think that is not possible at the moment!?

@pmarx There is nothing in the delivered application that allows for this type of configuration.  I found this enhancement request that is similar to what your are asking for that you could vote for.  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4262   There maybe another request that is closer to what you are asking for here https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=project%3DJSDCLOUD%20AND%20type%3DSuggestion%20AND%20statusCategory!%3DDone%20ORDER%20BY%20updated
