Hi,
currently our customers can create tickets by email. Now we would like to train our customers to submit a ticket over the customer portal to choose the correct request types.
We want to turn off the function for our main customers. I have wondered if there is a whitelist function that specific domains can create tickets further by email.
But I think that is not possible at the moment!?

@pmarx There is nothing in the delivered application that allows for this type of configuration.
