I want to have a URL that creates a service desk request with where my Insight object is already filled in. Is this possible?
If you take a look at this Atlassian ticket JSDCLOUD-4049 then you can see how to create a request via a URL. We want to create QR codes which we place on stickers and put them on objects from our CMDB (e.g. a monitor/tv/...). So if it brakes down, people can scan the QR code and directly create a JSM request with the correct CMDB item in it.
Has anobody tried this already?
