When trying to create an issue using the create button from the top bar menu, the issue create screen never loads. The wheel just continue spinning.
We are able to create a new issue by right-clicking & opening link in a new tab.
Any ideas how to fix or what might be causing this to happen?
I would recommend you to try to open an incognito session of your browser, and then test out the "Create" button operation to see if the screen loads properly.
If so, then it may be something with your local browser app's client cache issues for the problem that you are seeing. You should try to remove all cache and to see if you can repo the issue or not.
Hope this helps.

We will try this and let you know if it worked.
Thank you,

Is this happening to only for one specific project or all of your projects?

Joseph,
We got it working again. It was some coding which was causing the issue. The coding to hide the "None" option on 2 Radio Button Custom Fields was the issue. This is Jira Data Center on a specific network and the scripting was the problem.
Thank you though!

Thanks for your update. BTW, "None" option is the system default for NULL value in the Jira/JSM application, so it is never a good idea to change that behavior with custom coding.
