We have 6 service desk projects. 3 helpdesk projects and 3 operations projects.
I am trying to set automation to send a different email to the reporter based on what the project is and it doesn't work. It just sends the second email. I tried putting them as separate rules but that didn't work either. It only sent the same email.
Just checking, is the issue moved event correct?
Can you add the fetch issue data right after the trigger and see it works?

Hi @Pramodh M The issue moved event is correct. I added fetch issue data right after the move event and still only received the second email when I moved a ticket from the TRVHD project to the project in question.
