I'm looking for a way to attach a form to a request type in the JSM portal based on the organization the customer is assigned to. The use case is more in line with when a customer of org A wants to create a ticket, Jira will see they are in Org A and provide a form based on their organization. If a second customer in Org B starts to create a ticket of the same request type, then they get a different form.
Is this something someone else has done before? I'm currently thinking I might need an additional plugin to do this successfully prior to ticket creation.
