Create Automation

Dear Support,

I am trying to create an automation to send reminders to the customers if the ticket is Waiting with the Customer for 5 days, and automatically close it after this reminder for 5 days if still, the customer didn't reply.

I did create 2 Automations, one to remind the customer, and it works fine. but the other one for closing the ticket is not working because it will trigger the first automation before close it, in this case, the system sends a reminder to the customer multiple time without closing the ticket.

Edit your first automation and look at the details page. There should be a checkbox to allow the rule to be triggered by another rule. Uncheck this.
