It said "Your request could not be created. Please check the fields have been correctly filled in."
Previously was fine and I did check the workflow. There is no validation rule for creating a new ticket.
@Eugene Yu Did you change any fields on the request type? Do you have any hidden fields that could have had values changed and what they are set to are no longer available?
It may not have anything to do with your WF. Did you check for required field setup in your Field Configuration Scheme? In addition, check your Request Form setup to ensure all fields are setup properly.
