In the more complex requests we receive, it might be useful to refer back to an attachment added in a previous comment, either by us or the customer himself.
We as agents have the option to work in the normal JIRA environment and see a list of the available attachments. The customer does not. How could the customer, first of all, find the attachments available in the issues and secondly refer to one of them in a comment?

As of now, the customer has no access to all the attachments, except to the attachments that's added while creating an issue.
