I work for a company that oversees operations for multiple companies. People from these companies (Customers) will report issues and we are currently using some automation to assign the Organization to the Issue.
We have now setup a second Service Project for another internal department who will also need all of these Organizations, but I can't seem to find a way to copy or share those Organization in Service Project 1 to the new Service Project 2.
Is there an easy way to accomplish this?
Hello @Marcus Lopez
Welcome to the community.
You should be able to add a pre-existing Organization to a new Service project.
In the new project, under Channels & People select Customers. The click the Add organizations button. Then select the Organization you set up in the other Service project.
