Controlar la autorizacion del cambio

Para un requerimeintos de cambio, este RFC debe ser autorizado por los Administradores de cambios (2 personas), pero si uno de estos administradores crea el RFC , este ticket no debe autorizar por el cambio, sino lo debe hacer la otra persona que también es Administrador.

Como controlo esto en el JSM?

On Jira Service Management it’s possible to add approvers and the status to transition only if the two people approve it. 

If always both are added as approvers, the best option is to do that, so even if the administrator approves their own issue, it will only be approved if the other administrator also approves.
