Connections to Salesforce

How many Jira service management instances can be connected to one Salesforce instance  simultaneously  (at the same time) ?

Hi @Allen McClure

You might have found a solution for this already, but Nena mentioned above, this might be a matter of finding the right integration solution to connect several Jira Service Management instances to your Salesforce. This is something you could accomplish with Stitch It, a code-based tool that helps you connect your Atlassian apps with anything. We're currently in Beta, so you can create an account and try it for free. We have a pre-built connector for JSM and Salesforce so it should be really easy for you to build a script for the integration with the code editor. I hope this helps with your use case.

Hi @Allen McClure

The number of Jira Service Management instances that can be connected to one Salesforce instance at the same time depends on the integration solution that is being used. While some integration solutions allow only one Jira instance to be connected to a single Salesforce instance, others may enable multiple Jira instances to be connected. However, it is possible to integrate multiple Jira instances with a single Salesforce instance by using a custom integration solution developed by a team of engineers or a third-party vendor. Before determining the exact number of Jira instances that can be connected to a single Salesforce instance, it is advisable to consult the integration documentation and the support team of the integration solution being used. This will ensure that the integration is set up correctly and runs smoothly, thereby helping to enhance communication and collaboration between teams.
