We are reviewing Jira Atlassian to use for our internal servicedesk.
We are looking for a solution that we can connect or sync our tickets with our software developers in an other Jira servicedesk. both servicesdesks are running on the cloud platform.
Can someone here give me more information about is?
You have plenty of solutions in the marketplace. Hopefully at least one of them suit your needs and adjust to your budget.

Our developers are a third party company, they work with Jira Atlassian as well.
They have their own instance.
We would like to have our tickets (the ones that need action from the developer), synced with the Cloud instance of this third party.
