My app which I want to integrate in JIRA must be loaded all time because it is a phone app.

I make some test with different locations like user profile menu. But the app is only loaded when the user clicks on it and is unloaded when the user clicks somewhere else.

Is it possible to have a location where the app is loaded all time until the user makes a whole refresh in the browser.
