Configure custom field list (of depots) to fit more in without having to renumber.
Hi all
Our tickets have a list of depots that people can choose from. Defined in a custom field.
We have had some new depots with numbers assigned that are right in the middle of the sequence and if I was to fit them in, I would have to move all the subsequent depot numbers on, one by one. Is there an easier or more automated way of doing it?
The depot numbers are in the 70's. See attached if it explains things. We have depots going up to and around the 300 figure.

Hi Dave:
The only way is to use "Sort options alphabetically" after you added new options to the dropdown list. Your options need to continue to follow the 000 prefix. Unfortunately, there are no other ways to adjust the order (i.e. manually move).
