We are facing a problem using the mail handlers, since when a user sends an email to an issue to leave their comment, it does not leave the information of who triggered it. This is important because many times they authorize or approve through an email and if they do not leave their name or signature in the email, it is not possible to know who left that comment.

It should be capturing the email address of the person responding to the email as the person creating the comments.
