Como alterar o layout dos E-mails de Notificação ao Cliente

Olá, boa noite!

 

Estou tentando alterar as configurações visuais dos e-mails de notificação do cliente, já acessei Configurações do Projeto / Notificações do Cliente / Editar Tampletes e modifiquei o HTML e CSS. 

No envio de teste funcionou mas as modificações não estão refletindo nos e-mails em produção. 

O que devo fazer?

Também estou com o mesmo problema.

Aparentemente o Template só está pegando para as notificações padrão do projeto, se for uma notificação personalizada, tem que fazer as configs de layout direto na notificação.

Espero que tenha uma solução para buscar do template.
