I just wanted to confirm does Jira send notification to other organization customers if any customer made a comment on closed request(All notification settings stay same)?

By default, comment notifications don’t change based on the status. But admins can customize them using workflows or automation rules. If you’re not an admin, check with one to understand how notifications work in your project.

Thank you, @Manon Soubies-Camy . I just tested it and found that the "Closed" status behaves like the others and does not have any special impact on notifications. Customers receive notifications by default, even when the request is closed, as long as all notification schemes and settings remain the same.
