Close issues in Resolved or Cancelled after 7 days

Hey everyone.

I have a question. I am trying to create an automation which closes issues which are in the status Resolved or Cancelled for 7 days.

I tried this JqL but did not work:

Scheduled -> 

(project = XXX AND status IN (resolved, cancelled) AND updated < startOfDay(-7))

Then 

Transit issue to Closed

 

this is on the logs 

Action details:
Scheduled
No related issues that have been updated since the last time this rule executed could be found. To include all issues, un-check the 'Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed' checkbox.
But when I Validate query it returns 4 issues.

Hello Lucas, 

I the trigger of the automation there is a tickbox saying "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed". Is that ticked? If it is, you can try to untick that and run the automation once more.
