Not all responses from our customers are added as comments to the issue. It seems that when they compose a reply using Outlook or other mail processors, those processors add Re: to the subject and add the email header to the body of the reply. Which causes the letter to just disappear (not even creating a new problem)

So the question we have is how to add common options like Re: in the email subject to the settings so that they are ignored when processing emails?
