I'd like to change the default behaviour of the View Open/View Closed in Organizations view:
Currently the JQL filter effectively looks for reporters in an organization. This causes us problems when reporters belong to multiple organizations, so the results are inaccurate as they show tickets logged for other organizations.
I can't see where it is possible to change these default JQLs as they appear to be hard coded into the system.
