I am working on developing a customer service portal, and I have a question about how issues are viewed in the portal.
First, what is this section of the ticket called, and can I change the order of the options?
In the screen capture above, I have also changed the name of one of the workflow transitions, but it has not updated in the portal. Any suggestions?
I am not sure about what creates the order, but I suspect it is based on the order of creation. You could test that by creating a temporary transition and see if it shows up at the bottom.
And if my assumption pans out, you could create an entirely new workflow and create the transitions in the order in which you wish them to appear. Once that workflow is created, you can associate it to the issue type replacing the existing one.
