I was creating new help centers to better organize the different service desks we have. But was unable to find a way to change the link found in each project to go to their new help centers.
Currently you cannot change the URL nor can you have multiple portals. If you are on Premium or Enterprise plan then you will soon be able to have multiple portals as announced here.
I am a premium user and have already created several help centers each with their unique 'slugs'. But despite the new features each project will still link to whatever the default is?

I just reached out to JSM Customer Support as I also need to be able to change the URL in the Channel Portal menu and they indicated that this functionality is not implemented. Here is the quote from the chat:
"05:21 PM | Fabian from Cloud SMB Chat Support: I understand that, unfortunately, this is not yet supported, I can help you create a feature request for our Product and Dev team so they can be aware of it for future releases"
Here is the Feature Request so please vote for it:

Additionally, since I was a beta user on the Multiple Help Centers feature I reached out to the Product Manager to ask for improvement. Here is the email I sent:
Hello Sushant,
I reached out to you a while back, but since then, I've had much more time to test and use the Multiple Help Center functionality. I wanted to share my feedback with you—overall, I really love this new feature! It’s a great improvement to our customer experience.
What I Really Love:
Use Case:
In each Help Center, you can specify which portals are visible, and each Help Center has a unique URL. I would like Agents to be able to access the correct Help Center URL for their project via the Channels/Portal where their project’s portal is visible. However, the Portal URL field is currently non-editable and defaults to the original Help Center. Since Agents are not Jira Admins, they cannot acquire the correct URL unless it is defined in the Channels menu. As a result, currently Agents have to rely on me, as the Jira Admin, to provide the correct URL and remember that the URL in their projects is incorrect.
We want to ensure our customers do not see the wrong Help Desk/Portals.

This changes the domain for the entire Jira instance not just changing the portal url for a specific Help Center.
