Change the order of issues on customer portal

When customers click my service portal they are asked to specify which category of questions the have. Among others, they have

  • Other
  • IT
  • Emergency
  • Drivers
  • etc

Ho can I rearrange so that Other ends up at the bottom of the form?

Hi,

I'm not sure what mean "category". Are they request types? If yes, go to the project settings > Portal settings and change the order of the request types or groups.
