i have a widget in the dashboard that shows me the TIckets of the agents that have them in process.
If I click on one of the names, the ticket list of the person is displayed with a filter that I have not yet found to edit.
Among other things, there are some projects missing that I would like to add. Can you tell me where I can change this ‘standard filter’?

What is the name of the dashboard gadget? Can you provide a screen image of it?
When you go to the Configure option for the gadget, what fields are available? Can you provide a screen image of that also?

I am very sorry, I have found the solution.
The filter is actually above the search field. I didn't realise that there was a filter in there at all. Now I was able to configure everything. Thank you very much
