Is because Jira cloud is different?

Hello Gui,

For Service Desk projects, it's possible to add a custom email address as the sender email.

For that, it's necessary to verify a domain and then configure the domain's SPF and DKIM records.

• Verify a domain for your organization
• Configuring Jira Cloud to send emails on behalf of your domain

After that, to change the project email, go to Project settings > Notifications (Classic) or Service Desk Settings > Notifications > Notification email (Next-gen).

I just tried on a Service Desk project in the Cloud and could see the 'pencil' icon to edit the email address:

I'm curious. Can you try on a different browser? Can you also send a screenshot of what you see in the configuration section?

Oh, just figured it out @Carlos Garcia Navarro . I need to click in "notification scheme" http://prntscr.com/v0hotm . So there should be an extra step in the tutorial...
