In project settings/request types/incidents we can change the appearance of the request type through the issue view. We can change what fields are visible and also the order of fields in the right column.
In our automation, we create basic task with the description of what needs to be done in the summary and description. What I would like to do is change the appearance/field order in these tasks. How can I achieve that? Is there a way to do this?
