I am looking for a way to change the icons used for the external resources in Jira Service Management. At the moment it looks like it is just pulling the Favicon of the linked page, but I would like to be able to upload a custom icon that will display on the service page.
If you go into "Edit Link" you can select a "Type" from a drop-down menu and those have their own icons, and that is what was initially displaying on the service page, but now it is pulling the Favicon.
I found out how to edit the "Request Type" icons, but there just does not seem to be an option for the external links.
Does anyone know of a way to change these?
