I want to change this text on my statuses:
I do not know how to change this information, the translation is not correct.
I am able to edit the status itself but not the descriptive text in front of it.
This is a translation of the status resolve.
I think the image you show is about the JSM status translations for request. These are set on the request configuration.
Go to the project settings of you JSM project and to Request types, select you request and see workflow statuses.
Let me know if this was the case or that I'm not correct.

Hi @Johan Karlsson welcome to the community! Under Settings (the gear) select issues, then on the left bar, you should see a 'Statuses' selection under "Issue Attributes". That shows me all of the Statuses I have available. Then I can click on 'Translate Statuses" in the upper right, and select the language and the translation.
I think this is what you're looking for.

As you can see i do not see any of the alternatives i have in my previous picture. "Svarar kunden", "Väntar", "Avbryt begäran", "Markera som klar" and "Lös detta ärende" does not exist in my translate list.
