Hello,
my goal is to create Jira Service tickets via Slack.
I was setting up Atlassian Assist following this guide.
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-chat/
I did everything and tested the integration, and everything worked great.
However in the end I realized I connected the wrong Slack workspace by mistake and needed to change it, but apparently I cannot do it. When I overlay on the "i" it says I have to contact support.
I am the Admin, so I wrote to the customer support, but they said that there is no Slack app installed in my Jira instance...which of course it is true. I cannot install it because of this error...
So we are in a deadlock loop.
I need to replace an old Slack workspace with a new one.
Anyone has ideas? I would much appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Matteo
