Hi All,
I believe this should be achievable, however I wanted to confirm if anyone had done this.
Currently with Change approvals, we have setup a Change group for internal approvers and have a workflow approver step. Customer approvals are tracked via email and added as an attachment.
Is it possible for us to add customers into the approval section of the change, that then sends them an email with the change details (Implementation plan, Backout plan etc). They can then either approve or deny. Once we have both internal and external approvals then the workflow moves to the next step.
HI @Dan Allenby
No as to be set as an approver a Jira license account is required as an approval triggers a transition of the workflow, so the user need to be able to browse a project.
So to make this possible you would give the external users a Jira license and rights on the project.
