Captcha for service management portal.


I am in the process of configuring the Customer Service Portal for a Service Management project. I have looked online for how to enable CAPTCHA for the portal, but can't find the option in the System configuration page.

I am logged on as a Jira Administrator.

Hi @Carol Saldanha ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

Unfortunately, you can't do that. JIRA customer portal already uses Google's invisible captcha, so if Google checks that the email account is not a bot, it will not show the captcha.
