Cant activate email channel issues

Hello,

 

Need

I need to activate the email channel so that users can create incidents from there. But when I try to activate it, I get this error. attached error

 

Unable to create new mail channel due to connection duplication. Provided mail connection definition is currently used by another mail channel.

 

 

I'm reviewing email configuration but i not see duplicate emails.

Anyone help me  please!

It appears that the email address you are trying to use is already associated with another project. Please review the other projects to verify its usage, or consider using a different email address.
