Cannot change the status on service desk

I cannot seem to change the status on the service desk ( https://kynetix.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal) even though I have assigned the admin permissions.

Hi @aja 

So basically allowing the customer to make the status of the ticket resolved. I got a workaround by setting up an automation rule but was wondering if the client can choose Resolved from the drop-down menu.

Usually the default screen provides the option for customers to resolve the request in the portal page . Is this option missing in your configuration ?

Can you confirm if the "show transition in the customer portal" is selected ?

  1. From your service desk project, select Project settings () > Workflows.

  2. Click next to the workflow you want to show a transition for.

  3. Select Diagram to open the diagram view.

  4. Make sure Show transition labels is selected.

  5. Select a transition in the workflow.

  6. Select Show transition on the customer portal.
