Hi,
I performed migration for Jira Service Management today, and also change the email address for email request.
After migration, the mail loop of an issue (existing since before migration) does not add a comment. it create new issue instead.
I configured email handler, 'Create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue' and 'Add a comment with the entire email body', but the emails still create new issues.
How can I connect the mail loop to the issues existing from before migration?
(I confirmed the newly created issue after migration can add comments.)
JSM projects have their own email handler, which is independent from those found on "incoming emails" settings. If an issue has the project key on the subject, and the project key is valid, AND the customer is added to that project, then the comment will be added to that issue.
