When accessing the JIRA Service Management Portal all I get is a blank page with the following errors.
Note: This occurred after an upgrade from JIRA 7.4. It appears that everything has been updated and is running.
Thoughts?

Hi Michael,
Thanks so much for your question.
I notice that there is a mixture of HTTP and HTTPS requests in your log.
What is your system Base Url set to? You may need to update this value, ensure the protocol is correct. Read this for more information https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-the-base-url-938847830.html
There is another post here - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Mixed-Content-being-served-can-t-make-changes-to-issues/qaq-p/932538 which sounds similar to your issue, can you try following the steps provided in Andy’s answer and let me know if that helps?
Thank you,
Guillaume,
