We'd previously used Halp to feed into the template Answers in the Assist Slack app. Now that that is no longer, is there not a way to have the Canned Responses from Jira feed into the Answers in Assist?
From what I've seen so far, that's only possible by moving from Assist to a 3rd party app.
Hey, you might find Jira app on Actioner interesting. It offers customizations that could potentially fulfill your needs with some adjustments. By adding one or two workflows, you can add canned response capability into the app. If you prefer to generate your responses using AI, that's also possible.

Intents is similar to Answers in Halp, and you can use them to answer common questions. The way the Virtual Agent works is that it will first see if there is an intent that can answer a question, and if not then it will use Atlassian Intelligence and search the connected KB if you have that enabled.
