Hi,
I added the swimlane "Canceled" to our board/workflow but when finishing sprint all Canceled-tickets will be moved to the next sprint as they are "open issues" not "completed issues".
What do I need to do that Canceled tickets will be completed issues?

By default, issues in sprints are not considered complete unless they are in the far right (last) column of the board. So you should map your Canceled status in that column also.
