Can you tag a team in a JSM portal?

We have already allowed users to tag other users when commenting via the JSM portal but we would like to allow them to tag a team which they currently cannot do. Is this possible? If so, what setting/permission should I be looking at.

Hello @Karen Worsley 

Sadly, no. You can only share with the users by their:

• Name
• Email 
• Organization - this will be shared with the entire organisation which is something that you don't want security wise
