Is it possible to set-up automations based on dates & times, and ideally a plugin?
Our company utilizes several Atlassian products including Service Desk and OpsGenie. The use case I'm trying to create a process for is this. If a ticket is created on a weekend (Friday night through Monday morning) notify via OpsGenie.
I can't seem to figure out a way to create an automation that allows conditions based on date/time....
Any thoughts would be super helpful.
