We don't want all users to have access to add/modify/delete services but I can't seem to find a permission which controls that. Our use case would be that the change control administrators and the manager of the service desk should be the only users who can define services in JSM Cloud.
At the moment that is not possible, any agent that has access to the project can add/edit/delete services. There is a suggestion to restrict this, JSDCLOUD-11253, and I would suggest that you go and vote on it.
