Can we restrict the access for some fields for customers in jira support portal which is same for internal user also?
I have created one support portal for internal and external users so when portal link is click internal user can see all the options but external users can see only external support fields
Hi @Sayali Deshmukh and welcome to the community,
Out of the box you can't hide fields from users depending on a group or role etc. The fields are either visible or hidden. In one service management projects, all customers will see the exact same thing. If your requirement is to have different fields, request types, workflows etc, depending on the type of customer (internal, external) then I would suggest for you to create two different projects and give access accordingly.
