Similar to the existing 'Comments', 'History', 'Work Log', etc. tabs, is there a plan to add an 'Automations' tab?
I'm aware there's an Automation field, however it is not useful if you have more than ~8 automations, or if you're checking the request > 5 minutes after it was created as the relevant automation has likely been pushed out of the view by other automations. There's so much potential but I don't even bother to use it in its current form.
Please let me know if there's a way to view which specific Automation(s) were triggered on a specific request without needing to go into each Automations Audit Log to see if it was triggered, or be lucky enough to catch it in the existing Automations field. If not, I think this would be hugely beneficial and would save so much time for me and my team!
Hi Jayden - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You can see this already on the right had side.
Hi John, I know I mentioned that in my original post. It's not useful in it's current state as it includes every single Automation that Jira checks against your request. I think it would be useful to see the Automations that were actually triggered on the specific request.

Agreed. You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to request that.

Journeys is a brand new feature in Jira Service Management that helps you streamline various processes in your organization that may cross multiple departments, such as employee onboarding or off-boarding that require action from different teams. ✨
