Hi Team,
I would like to change the order of Issue Type projected on Customer Service Portal reflecting on JIRA. Currently the order that I have is 1. Defect 2. Other 3. Product Enhancement but what I need is 1. Product Enhancement 2. Defect 3. Other.
Attached is the snapshot of how it looks like currently.
Any suggestions on urgent basis are highly appreciated.

To change the order of the request types in their groups, you can do this by going to the portal settings in the project and then drag & drop the request type to the correct order as shown below:
