Can we change the order of Issue Type shown in Customer Service Portal via JIRA

Hi Team,

 

I would like to change the order of Issue Type projected on Customer Service Portal reflecting on JIRA. Currently the order that I have is 1. Defect 2. Other 3. Product Enhancement but what I need is 1. Product Enhancement 2. Defect 3. Other.

Attached is the snapshot of how it looks like currently.

Any suggestions on urgent basis are highly appreciated.

Hi @Lakshmi Kumari 

To change the order of the request types in their groups, you can do this by going to the portal settings in the project and then drag & drop the request type to the correct order as shown below: dng.PNG
