How do I assign a JIRA Service Management cloud tickets to a Atlassian Team (Created from People Menu bar of the Cloud Site)?
Do I need to create a custom field as Team as a multi-user picker or Group Picker and assign the tickets to this field? How do I link Atlassian Team to this custom field?
can I use this custom field in automation rule by assigning the tickets based on certain condition?

I assume you mean your own Atlassian Support team.
If yes, then the Team option in the People menu can't be used for assignment, only mentions, etc. You'll need a custom field for the team - such as...
If you did mean Atlassian themselves - then you need to raise support requests via https://support.atlassian.com/

Welcome to the community. What do you mean by "Atlassian Team"? Are you referring to your internal support team?
In Jira/JSM, issue cannot be assign to a team. It needs to be to an actual user (which the user can be a member of your team).

There is a very big question about what you are trying to do here. When you say "Atlassian Team", do you mean the administrators of your Atlassian systems, or do you mean Atlassian themselves?
