Can we add Character limit and Disclaimer to the text field while creating a ticket through agent view??
Kindly help with steps if possible.

Can you provide more information about your request? Are you trying to add default text into a field? Or are you trying to add hint help?
Could you provide a screen image/mock up showing what you want to achieve?
