Can tickets from a Team Managed Project be part of a shared sprint with a company managed project?

It is not recommended for one to manage issues from JSM projects via SCRUM/KANBAN board.  I am sure that you are aware of it.  JSM uses Queues for issues management.

I am assuming that you reference to "Company Managed Project" is a Jira Software project and not a JSM project.  It is because when you create a SCRUM/KANBAN board, you have to identify the board location against a Jira Software project.

If you have both JSM and Jira Software, then technically is possible.  Your board's filter query will need pull issues from your projects (regardless if it is Team Managed or Company Managed).  Lastly, you will need to conduct further customization to expose the "Sprint" field in Company Managed JSM project if you need to display the information.  However, you will not be able to do the same against Team Managed JSM project to display the Sprint field.

Again, it is not recommended to use board to manage JSM projects issues.
