I have customer portal that contains only external resources and no request types or incident to display on the portal.
I want to get rid of this message "There's nothing in this portal yet. Go to the help center". Factually it's also not true as there is are external resources and an announcement.
Hi @Mounhim_Tahtahi welcome to the community! I took a brief look at Atlassian's Jira site and couldn't find anything entered for this issue.
I would open a ticket with Atlassian support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and see how they want to handle it, or they might know of an issue that I didn't see.
Then you can give them more specifics of the use case and go from there.
